Thotar gives you a series of three taming rods, each one differs and enables you tame beasts in the next order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and finally an Armored Scorpid.

Once you have concluded the taming A part of The hunt check here chain, you will need to head to Orgrimmar and speak to Ormak Grimshot in the Valley of Honor in an effort to unlock your companion pet handling skills: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.
